I feel as though I should explain about the hair. I know blue is an odd choice for a dolly, but my two older girls have dolls that I've made for them. One has purple yarn hair and the other has bright red. When we went shopping for yarn, they decided this blue was perfect and would fit right in with the crazy color scheme already in play.
Elizabeth C., The stitches were not hard, mostly single crochets. I had to look up a treble crochet because I hadn't used that stitch in a while and had forgotten how to do it. The hardest part is reading and following the pattern. If you have never done that, it might be beyond your skills right now unless you have someone who could help you figure it out.
