Berries and Stars Recipe Update

I just took a good look at the Berries and Stars recipe I linked to below. It is the same recipe I use; however, the online version recommends the use of a stoneware pan (probably because it is a Pampered Chef recipe and they are fired up about stoneware). Let me just say that the book I have doesn't mention anything about needing to use stoneware and the one time I tried to make it with my stoneware, the puff pastry didn't puff. Perhaps I didn't do it right since cooking with stoneware was new to me then. Anyway, I have since used plain old metal pans to bake the pastry on and it has always puffed perfectly. Just to let you know!
